Gift Certificates

Say Congratulations, happy anniversary or birthday, thank you for a
special deed, or provide someone a break from normal everyday stress.
Regardless of the amount or the reason, your gift will say you care.
Valid one year from date issued.

Appointments and Cancellations

Specific appointment times are reserved for your services in order that
we may provide you all the special treatments you deserve. We request a
24-hour notice for any single appointment cancellation or a 48-hour
notice for 2 or more services to allow ample time to fill the reserved
space. Any cancellation notice less than 6 hours will be charged 50% of
the full service or 100% of the full service if a guest fails to cancel or
show for the reserved appointment.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled
therapy time to properly accommodate the next client and not infringe
on their scheduled therapies. Late arrivals will be responsible for full
treatment fees.

Confirmations

A credit card confirmation or gift certificate is required for all new clients,
packages, or multiple services. All major credit cards are accepted.

For Your Comfort

Please advise your therapist of any medications you may be taking or
any health conditions you may have relative to your treatments.

We ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off during your spa visit
in an effort to promote your relaxation and protect the quiet zone of
other guests. Any messages may be left at the front desk.

Children are always welcome in our retail area; but for their safety and
as a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you make other
arrangements during any of your spa sessions.

Our facility is smoke free for your health and wellness.
